LIVIN RV – Warranty Terms & Conditions
The following Warranty Terms and Conditions apply to products supplied by Winen Group Pty Ltd (Trading as LIVIN RV).

By purchasing a product from LIVIN RV, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set out in this document.
- General Scope
LIVIN RV warrants to the original purchaser that its caravans, hybrid campers, camper trailers and canvas products are free from defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal conditions and for recreational purposes.
This warranty:
- Applies only to the original retail purchaser.
- Is non-transferable and becomes void if the product is resold.
- Provides for repair or replacement at LIVIN RV’s discretion.
- Is subject to limitations, exclusions and owner responsibilities as outlined herein.
- Warranty Periods
- Hybrid Caravans and Camper Trailers: 12 months from the date of retail purchase.
- Chassis and Drawbar: Lifetime structural warranty (for fatigue only). • Canvas and Fabric Products: 12 months from the date of retail purchase.
- Electrical Appliances & Fittings: Covered under the manufacturer’s warranty terms (e.g., Redarc, Dometic, Cruisemaster).
- Warranty Limitations
3.1 No Over-the-Counter Replacement
LIVIN RV does not offer a direct exchange program. Warranty work will be carried out through authorised service channels.
3.2 Implied Warranties
Any warranty implied by law (including fitness for purpose or merchantability) is limited to the same duration as this express warranty, unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.
3.3 Owner Responsibilities
Owners must:
- Maintain and service their caravan or camper in accordance with LIVIN RV’s maintenance guidelines.
- Use the product solely for recreational/holiday purposes (using as a primary residence or commercial use may void warranty).
- Immediately stop using the product if a fault or damage occurs, and present it to an authorised LIVIN RV outlet before further use.
- Items Not Covered
The following are not covered under warranty:
- Consumables and wear items such as wheel bearings, tyres, brake pads, bulbs, filters, straps, and drainage hoses.
- Canvas exclusions: damage caused by storms, failure to dry/air canvas, UV fading or natural discolouration.
- Undercarriage damage from impact with rocks, obstacles, or other external objects.
- Cosmetic deterioration: including minor scratches, fading, or natural wear from UV exposure.
- Neglect or misuse: including failure to service, unauthorised modifications, overloading, improper towing, corrosion from salt water exposure, or incorrect storage.
- Incorrect operation: including stabiliser legs, jockey wheels, or awnings not raised before moving.
- Repairs by unauthorised persons without written approval from LIVIN RV Head Office.
- Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), which includes the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Under ACL, you are entitled to:
- A refund or replacement for major failures with goods.
- Repairs within a reasonable time for minor issues.
- Compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage caused by a failure.
This warranty is in addition to, and does not replace, any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
- Exclusions
The following categories of goods are excluded from standard warranty coverage:
- Rust, paint and external coatings.
- Factory seconds, ex-demonstration stock or damaged goods sold “as is.”
- Products purchased at auction.
- Products used in hire, rental or fleet schemes.
- Damage caused by accidents, collisions, incorrect setup, or continued use after a fault occurs.
- Claims Validity
- Warranties are valid only for the original purchaser.
- Claims are valid only from the date of original purchase.
- Warranties are void if ownership is transferred.
- No warranty applies to goods sold as ex-demo, factory seconds, or damaged unless otherwise stated in writing.
- All claims require proof of purchase.
- Warranty Claims Procedure
To make a claim, customers must:
- Lodge a claim via LIVIN RV’s online Warranty Claim Form or in writing. 2. Provide supporting documents such as proof of purchase, photographs, and a description of the fault.
- Allow LIVIN RV or an authorised representative to inspect the product. 4. Obtain written authorisation from LIVIN RV before any third-party repair is carried out.
Reimbursements
- Reimbursements for authorised repairs will only be made by direct deposit to the claimant’s nominated bank account.
- LIVIN RV will not reimburse for unauthorised third-party repairs.
- Factory Seconds, Demonstrator and Damaged Goods
Where goods are sold as “factory seconds,” “ex-demonstration” or “damaged”:
- They are sold on an as is basis.
- No warranties, exchanges, refunds or credits apply.
- Purchasers acknowledge that visible or hidden imperfections may exist and accept them as part of the purchase.
- Shipping Damages
- Damage identified upon delivery must be noted with the carrier at the time of receipt.
- Hidden damages discovered after delivery must be reported to LIVIN RV promptly with photographic evidence.
- Claims for transport damage require supporting documentation and images.
- Authorisation and Liability
- Only LIVIN RV Head Office may authorise warranty claims or repairs. • Dealers, resellers, or affiliates have no authority to approve claims without written confirmation from LIVIN RV.
- LIVIN RV is not liable for any unauthorised representations or warranties made by third parties.

This warranty is the sole and express warranty provided by Winen Group Pty Ltd (Trading as LIVIN RV).
No representative, reseller, or employee has the authority to alter, extend, or create additional warranty obligations.
This document is a complete and exclusive statement of LIVIN RV’s warranty obligations.
